It’s often said that when times are hard it is best to prepare for the return to good times, and St. Lucia certainly appears to have embraced this philosophy with the construction of this huge mall that is scheduled to open later this year.

Can’t wait for this development to open its doors. St. Lucia is getting real nice with first world buildings and world class lifestyle. Yet keeping it Simply Beautiful!

But for the mall to prosper we must also see an increase in the standard of living of Joe Average St. Lucian and that might be the challenge…only time will tell
