            Soufriere Bay

Here’s a classic shot of Soufriere Bay with its iconic Petite Piton rising majestically in the not too distant bankground.  I found this study of the bay interesting due to the fact that although the hillside above the bay is completely lit, Petite Piton is in complete shadow.  

Just goes to show that sometimes even things that are near to each other can be worlds apart.
