St. Lucia Photographer Shares A Photo A Day
With The World For A Year!

A Real St. Lucia Snack
When Lisa told me that she had her mind set on a snack last night and asked for a picture of a great St. Lucia snack, I knew just the picture for her.
So tonight I visited my favourite hangout spot in Gros Islet on a mission for a Roti and Red Stripe…
And thought I’d share my snack with Lisa!

Lisa it’s a little local bar that serves up some excellent fare. When next you’re in St. Lucia I’ll introduce you to the crowd as my guest of honour and you’ll experience a whole new side of St. Lucian hospitality!

This looks so yummy! Do you recall the name of the bar where you had roti? I’m going to the island next week and would love to indulge in some roti. Thank you!

Hi Nina,
That roti was at Ruth’s Dominican Bar in Gros Islet. If you pop me an email at Kirk.Elliott@KirkElliott.com I’ll send you her contact info, or better still, let me know where you’re staying & I’ll take you there one evening when my wife & I go there for drinks & roti. It will be a totally different experience going there with a regular compared to going there on your own!

Wow, that looks amazing! I am researching for local places to eat since I will be in St. Lucia in 5 days. Where is this bar? We are staying in Gros Islet at Coco Palm and would love to hit this place if it is close enough. Thank you so much!
