Over the last couple of days I have been kinda slow posting, and while I have subtly hinted that there was a reason why, today I am happy to announce that I have been signed by The Landings, one of St. Lucia’s most exclusive resorts, to be the face of their Wedding Photography!
And the video above is from my first wedding at The Landings.
When I started my journey with this new website a few short months ago I just knew that I wanted to share the beauty that I regularly come across with everyone who would check it out. I also did it because I felt that there was so much negative press all over the place about the state of the economy and all I could seem to hear was doom and gloom and how the sky was caving in. So I thought in my little way: Why not feature something upbeat and uplifting, and as I’ve said before: Every single one of you who has offered a word of encouragement, or told me how much you enjoy my photo posts, you have been a greater inspiration to me than you’ll ever know, and it is in no small measure through your encouragement that I have been so richly blest…And for this I Thank You All!
Now today I am only at Day 127, with almost twice as many days to go before my year is through. However now I am really excited about the rest of the year and won’t even stop to ponder just where it’s likely to lead me!
Two things though:
- Why don’t you stick around with me to see where the balance of the year leads me
- Why don’t you too start a one year journey of giving something every day, or otherwise doing just one single deed a day that benefits someone else and not you.
Then lets come back in a year and discuss the outcome. The one thing that I can promise you is that the outcome will absolutely astound you!

Congratulations! If you can’t beat them – then join them? At least this resort has a top-notch wedding photographer. I loved the video. Maybe others will be able to do what you’ve done. Thanks you for sharing and your idea of doing something each day for others is wonderful. i will try.
